The following is a comprehensive list of the episodes from Channel 4 impressions series Bo' Selecta!.

Series One was broadcast between September 6, 2002 and March 7, 2003, with a total of nine episodes, including the unbroadcast pilot episode. The pilot episode has never been aired or released. The episode was recorded specifically to see if the series would be picked up by the network. The episode features Merrion introducing himself, and showing the viewer around his flat. This sequence was later adopted and used in the first official televised episode. The rest of the episode mainly features a sketch in which Merrion encounters Davina McCall for the first time, and sets about tracking her down. This sketch was never televised. "Proper Bo Selecta" was a special two-part compilation of all the best bits from the first series. The first episode also featured a new sketch in which Michael Jackson was interviewed by Martin Bashir, and the second episode also featured a new sketch, in which Keith Lemon advised the viewer how to attract women. DVD extras for the series included a Behind The Scenes Featurette, Deleted Scenes, Blooper Reel, Trailers, Photo Gallery, Commentary, and a featurette presented by Kate Thornton, entitled "Craig David's Life Story".
Series Two was broadcast between June 6, 2003 and December 23, 2003, with a total of ten episodes, including two christmas-themed broadcasts. "Proper Crimbo" featured Avid showing viewers behind the scenes at the recording of the music video for his christmas single of the same name, with the episode ending with a worldwide premiere of the video. "Ho Ho Ho Selecta" was a special hour-long episode which involved Francis showing how the celebrities he portrays celebrate christmas. DVD Extras for the series include a Behind The Scenes Featurette, Deleted Scenes, Extended Scenes, Blooper Reel, Trailers, Commentary, Photo Gallery, and an uncensored cut of certain scenes, entitled "Bo' Sexier: The XXX Cuts".
Series Three was broadcast between June 18, 2004 and December 21, 2004, with a total of ten episodes, including a christmas-themed broadcast. "Avid Merrion's Christmas Premiere" featured Avid showing viewers behind the scenes at the recording of his second christmas single I Got You Babe, with guest appearances from Davina McCall and Patsy Kensit, with the episode ending with a worldwide premiere of the video. DVD Extras for the series include Commentary, Bo'Hind The Scenes Documentary, Photo Gallery, Deleted Scenes, Blooper Reel, Trailers, and The Best Bits of four characters - Sting, Nadine, Ozzy & Big Brother.
Series Four was broadcast between December 21, 2004 and August 12, 2005, with a total of seven episodes. The series was sub-titled "A Bear's Tail", and focused entirely on The Bear, showing the events following the decision to move out of his treehouse and find himself a family. The series also featured appearances from Keith Lemon, Avid Merrion and several rubber-mask impressions. The series was unsuccessful, so for the fifth series, the original format was re-introduced. DVD Extras for the series include a Music Video, Conceptual Art, Deleted Scenes, Trailer, Outtakes, Lemony Snippets, Movie Quiz, and a Bear-hind The Scenes documentary. A limited edition version of the DVD release came in furry bear packaging.
Series Five was broadcast between December 24, 2005 and November 17, 2006, with a total of seven episodes. The series was subtitled "Bo! In The USA", and focused on Avid, and his wife Sacha, moving to America and running a hotel. It was the last series using the original format of the programme, despite being set in a different country and using some new characters. "Avid Merrion's Christmas Special" was a special christmas-themed episode of the series, which begins the storyline, showing Avid and the rest of his celebrity friends leaving Britain for a new life in America. DVD Extras for the series include The Making Of Bo! In The USA, Gag Reel, Bo! Interviews, 1984: The Lemon Years, a featurette featuring Keith Lemon, Trailers, Music Video, Commentary, and an Easter Egg.
Two specials were broadcast on September 24, 2009 and December 18, 2009, respectively. The first was dedicated to the memory of Michael Jackson and featured appearances from all of the show's previous characters, plus two new never-before seen impressions. The second was a compilation episode featuring The Bear counting down his top twenty all-time favourite christmas-related music videos. The episode features both of Merrion's christmas-related videos - "Proper Crimbo" and "I Got You Babe". The first special was released on DVD, with extras including Commentary, Extended Scenes and Deleted Scenes, however, the second special was not.
